The spa was of good standard.
As with many buildings in Bristol, the hotel entrance wasn't very accessible.
Very central to the shops, restaurants & tourist places.
Only downside was that it seemed that the wedding party was being held in our suite as we could hear everything vibrating and the smoking area was situated at the entrance to the hotel. Not great when you're struggling to get children past & carrying a wheelchair.
Other than that, lovely hotel & amenities.October 18, 2016
