  Great hotel in the centre of town. Staff are really friendly, we asked for another pillow and got one delivered in minutes, all fresh in it's own bag. Also the bar was open very late, so when we for back from a night out, we could have a small drink before bed. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms feel really clean. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

  Staff were excellent. I have a bed sheet issue we have allergy to biological washing up liquid, we only use non biological usually they have this in hotels I stay with. I had to bring my own bed sheets. My husband is a business traveller and who's there every week I've put in a request through the manager for this but is seems to be an alien concept for ur hotel.

  Basic and functional. Breakfasts are not very good - had the most tasteless muesli ever. Staff young, friendly and helpful. Just as well because I was repeatedly unable to get into my room (#231) due to a temperamental lock.
  Bed was comfortable, but I couldn't sleep due to the room being a sweatbox - no air con. In addition, although the window can be opened, it looks out onto a busy street, a 24hr car park frequented by casino punters and, cruelty of cruelties, the noise of air con units from neighbouring buildings.
