  This was our first stay at the hotel, which is very convenient for the centre of Bristol.
  
  We arrived late and had a good meal in the bar area. We had a room upgrade, which was nice and had a large room with the widest curtains I can remember (348). No issues with the room except that the toilet seat was loose, but this was minor.
  
  I was given a welcome drink voucher as a Le Club member, but this was only for one person/drink, which seems a bit stingy given my wife was occupying the room also.
  
  Breakfast on both mornings was fine. Check-in and check-out no problems at all.

  Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. it was convenient for everything we wanted to do and all staff were friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the member of staff who helped us find a parking space on Easter Sunday evening despite the very full car park.
  We were a little concerned about how easily the beds moved as we had a small child with us and she fell off the bed when it moved suddenly. She was fine but it could have been more serious. The showers and general state of the changing rooms for the gym/pool were not acceptable. We wanted to shower after a swim but really couldn't as, to be honest, the conditions were disgusting.
  We also felt that £39 parking charges for 3 nights were slightly excessive - maybe you could reduce this to £10 a day.
  We would stay at the hotel again.

  Nice room but we had to remake the bed as bottom sheet was not straightened out. Parking was expensive considering we were hotel guests. All staff were charming and helpful. Cost of breakfast at £16 each was expensive. We went next door to cafe and had a freshly cooked breakfast for £5 each
