  I come to Asda to do shopping. And sometimes I have a treat. I am disabled and me and my support worker had a coffee a couple of days ago. I have trouble with speech and I was served by a foreign worker. I tried my best to order my coffee and my support worker a cappuccino. The guy gave me 2 coffees! I said that was the wrong order. He then got the boss to correct the order. The boss apologised and said it won't happen again. The guy never apologised to me at all. He mocked my speech as well. Please get proper training guys! And be more respectful of disabled customers.

  Suffers really from being in a tight space with limited segregation from the main asda concourse. As a result of limited room one often ends up by lack of choice sitting close to a messy table awaiting clean-up. That said I find the staff to be always polite, helpful and friendly.

  Ordered a quarter pounder too which they said sorry we don't sell them here???? Also when my friend got a drink the machine had run out sryup and they couldn't be bothered to check the tank and said it was fine and have her one that was sat out and poured ages ago and was flat. Absolutely appalling service really bad.
